Sibylle Mäder is the founder of ‘Bloom Development GmbH’ for mindful leadership and organizational development. She has a background in business administration and many years of management experience at home and abroad in an international financial services group. She has over twenty years of experience in consulting, training and coaching individuals and teams.

She is particularly passionate about self-leadership, mindfulness, positive psychology and resilience. She works with great empathy across all hierarchical levels. She moves people and organizations with her great passion for further development and her lively yet reflective manner.
