SRH is the Swiss competence center for resilience evaluation training programs. Thereby we strengthen people, organizations and systems. The interdisciplinary SRH team inspires with consistent customer and solution orientation as well as above-average crisis competence, innovation and effectiveness.

In our VUCA world, this requires mindfulness and agility to a high degree. Strong networks, solidarity between generations and social classes as well as mutual trust are necessary. Self-competence, realistic optimism as well as maximum innovative power, creativity, foresight and a lot of courage also have a supporting effect.

We initiate resilience projects and, if desired, support them with 1 per cent or, in cooperation with customers, with 2 per cent of the turnover where each party shares half of the expense.

Founding
Originally planned for June 2020, the Swiss Resilience Hub (SRH) was founded in mid-March 2020 as a direct response to the COVID-19 crisis.
The resulting challenges for society compelled the founders of SRH to launch a coaching initiative for the entire country of Switzerland. At first, it comprised streamlined, temporary crisis coaching for private persons, companies and employees as well as emergency personnel (doctors and caregivers).
