  1. Hybrid interventions: Various on site and/or online measures of your choice (pages 8 & 9).
  2. Online Resilience Evaluation*: Personal resilience evaluation and recommendations for strengthening resilience (based on the 7 resilience pillars of the SRH).
  3. Self learning platform: Free access to over 60 online seminars in D/E/F/I to strengthen resilience & (self-) leadership skills. Facilitated by SRH resilience experts. Personal self coaching tool (PDF) for personal goal setting and success monitoring. Online content: Various podcasts on resilience and self leadership.
