We start with an analysis: First, we want to know what is already working well for you in terms of culture, occupational health and safety, or specific topics such as resilience, leadership, or mental health, and what you still would like to develop. Then we set common goals. Based on this, you will receive a proposal for interventions to achieve the goals. These usually have the greatest impact when implemented as a hybrid blended learning program. The GROW program is concluded with a detailed evaluation.
