Since then, she accompanies individuals and teams around topics such as career design, entrepreneurship, fulfillment, resilience and and increasing effectiveness. She also designs and delivers coaching programs for companies. She also designs and delivers systemic and experiential interventions for teams and groups. She also consults with organizations around learning and change processes.
