Markus Berg is co-founder of “VitaminT – The Stage for Change” and “BERGKraft”. He holds a degree in business administration with a focus on innovation management, is a systemic coach and organizational developer, and is a trained improvisational theater performer. For more than 20 years he has been supporting cultural transformation processes as coach, facilitator, moderator and improv actor in international and medium-sized organizations. His focus is on “ImprovAgility” – establishing an Agile Mindset by combining agile methods with the art of improvisation on a resilient foundation.

As a person, I like to combine different perspectives and approaches, such as the business world with the art of improvisation and systemic coaching approaches.
