As a coach, I accompany people and organizations through relevant change topics with a great deal of curiosity, openness and a sense of adventure. Mastering the challenges of today’s increasingly complex world requires a new level of individual and collective learning. For me, coaching is excellent sparring at eye level, which strengthens the clarity, self-efficacy and ability to act of people and organizations in our time. For me, real development on a personal and corporate level is therefore less about rigidly building up know-how and skills, but rather a transformation of the inner “operating system”, which makes new thinking and action possible. This is the only way to achieve sustainable change that is in harmony with the goals, needs, values and resources of people and organizations.
