Nicolas Passavant, economist, human resources and organisational developer, has many years of practice in the development of leaders, teams and organisations. As a consultant, trainer, coach, assessor and manager, he has worked in a wide range of companies in the sectors of mobility, insurance, retail and finance. Since 2018, Nicolas Passavant has been working as an independent management and organisational developer, consultant, trainer, coach and lecturer on the topics of leadership, agility, change, new-work, resilience and group dynamics in his company passavant GmbH and advises corporate groups, SMEs, government companies, expert organisations, NGOs, foundations and private clients.
My working philosophy:
I do not sell a particular product, nor do I apply a particular methodology to all issues or defend a particular approach. Nevertheless, I bring a systemic solution-oriented attitude, pay equal attention to the facts and emotions as well as to the content and process aspects, involve clients in the process and solution and assume that there is rarely "one truth". I combine my knowledge background and my broad methodological competences with (life) experiences as: trainer, consultant, leader, father, mentor, employee, assessor, (job) seeker, supervisor, project manager, HR professional, coach, life partner and entrepreneur.
