The desires, aspirations and dreams of my clients are my motivation. The main goal is to enlarge the available scope of actions and despite many continuously changing influences to feel confident in one’s ability to cope with them. Loyal to the philosophy of systemic complementary consulting – the alignment of content and process know-how – I am maintaining a solution and resource oriented mindset, including all potential sources of insights in the definition of the solutions.

Happily married and father of three more and more independent kids, I have designed a portfolio of activities which allow me to explore my desire to more deeply understand various aspects of the world as well as to share some of my luck with others. It span investing and working with start-ups, advising family offices, lecturing at Kalaidos Fachhochschule, to social impact work as president of the Fachstelle Migration in Zug or leading the juniors at Tennisclub Küssnacht.
