From a young age she was interested in the topics of personal growth, health promotion and spirituality.
By vocation she studied a health profession which enabled her to work for 7 years as a selfemployed therapist with a holistic approach to health care, health promotion and counselling.
Close contact with people is her daily business and over the years she has learned more and more to “feel” people rather than to understand them. Through this intense experience she developed a strong sense of empathy and listening, and realising that she wanted a broader approach to wellbeing, decided to study coaching and make it her profession.
Her love for nature combined with personal growth led her to further specialisation training where she became certified as an Eco-Somatic Coach, Nature & Forest Coach, as well as a Guide for Forest bathing. These specialisations have enabled her to combine coaching with the development of somatic intelligence in synergy with nature.lness. Professional focus Lorreine helps people to develop their capacity for inner listening, to awaken their somatic intelligence as a guide for life and to regain their psycho-physical well-being. Her professional focus is on promoting psycho-physical health and developing resilience oriented to the natural systems of life in order to create balance between personal and professional life.
