Mastering Personal Crisis with Resilience

24 March 2021, from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.

Resilience on a personal level is the ability to deal with challenges, crises, stress or trauma and to cope with them. Skills and resources to get up after setbacks are crucial for resilience. But not only that. It is also the ability to develop «inner strength» in order to be resilient and to shape one’s life independently.

But how do we build this «inner strength» – in particular in times of crisis? How does resilience change throughout our lives? How can resilience tools help us as individuals within organisations? How can resilience make us successful?

Markus Renevey, Owner of the Swiss Resilience Hub, will give us insights to these questions and more, show us tips and tricks of the trade on mastering crisis situations – within personal and business life.
